San Gabriel Valley Chapter Luncheon

The Special District Association of San Gabriel Valley welcomed members and special guests to the organization’s first lunch event. Sponsored by Municipal Finance Corporation and hosted at Three Valleys Municipal Water District, the event began with a delicious meal and lively conversation. The program welcomed State Senator Bob Archuleta, who spoke about the importance of building strong relationships and working together to deliver results. Senator Archuleta also presented Three Valleys Chief Administrative Officer Kirk Howie with a certificate recognizing his many years of service to the water industry and his leadership advocating for the creation of SDASGV.
